Legian, Bali, 19 June 2008 – Padma Resort Bali is slated to hold an aerobic competition on July 6, 2008. The competition is open to all hotels and the general public in Bali.

There are 13 categories in the competition and participants can sign up to take part in one or more of them. The categories include individual aerobic, team aerobic, body language, body combat, tae bo, et cetera. Winners of each category will receive trophies and prize money.

Six instructors will be involved in this competition, including Padma Resort Bali Guest Activities Manager, Mr. Ahmad Ramdanny. A certified instructor recognized by Life Fitness Academy USA and Less Mills Australian, he also manages the hotel’s newly renovated fitness center.  “We hope through this event, people will be encouraged to adopt a healthier lifestyle by exercising regularly, whether alone or together with their friends,” says Mr. Ramdanny.
