As the well-being of our guests has always been our top priority, we have decided to undertake general maintenance work at our main swimming pool from 7 to 16 November 2010. Since the work is basically about re-grouting the pool tiles, it is expected to produce only minimum noise.
Consequently, the main swimming pool will be closed during the 10–day maintenance work. However, guests can still enjoy our newly-opened lagoon pool.
To compensate for the inconvenience, all guests staying at Padma within the above period shall receive a resort credit of USD 15 net/room/night with the following terms and conditions:
1. The Resort Credit is valid at all Food & Beverage outlets, Laundry, Padma Spa By Mandara, Lotus Beauty Salon, Sarasvati Retail Shop, and The Beach Shop. The Resort Credit cannot be used for room rate reduction purpose and can not be exchanged for hard cash.
2. The Resort Credit will be applied to charges posted to the room and will be credited upon checkout. At the end of your stay, any unused resort credit will automatically expire. It is not transferable to other dates, non exchangeable and non refundable.
