Wedding Ceremonies
Wedding ceremony described in each wedding package is non-legal marriage arrangement. The ceremonies are western, non-denominational ceremonies.

Legal ceremony can be held in the resort premises except for Catholic ceremony. In order for a wedding to be legally certified internationally, a religious ceremony has to be performed prior to the civil wedding.

Confirmation
Tentative booking will be held for 14 days after the issuance of confirmation letter, after which time the booking will be automatically released if no confirmation has occurred. To confirm the date and venue, please send the Wedding Coordinator a copy of signed confirmation letter as a sign of acceptance.

Cost
All rates are quoted in US dollar and inclusive of 21% government tax & service charge.

All costs are current at the time of quoting and yet are subject to change prior to confirmation.

Deposit
To secure the booking, 50% deposit from the wedding package price is required within 7 days after the confirmation is signed and received by the Wedding Coordinator.
The booking will be automatically released if no deposit is accepted after the appointed time frame.

Final Payment
The remaining balance after the deposit can be settled by installments leading up to the wedding date. All the balance should be settled 14 days prior to the wedding date.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified to the Wedding Coordinator in writing. If a cancellation occurs, the following conditions will apply:

Additional Charges

  • Additional Meals
    Meals for children aged between 6 to 12 years, entertainers, and other suppliers contracted by the clients are charged with 50% from the full price.
  • Additional Drinks for Children
    Children aged 18 years old are required to take the non-alcoholic beverage package. Children aged between 6 to 12 years old are charged 50% from the full price.
  • Decoration & Set Up
    Rental charge for each venue may apply if the venue set up requires elaborate décor and flower arrangement.
    Each wedding package includes limited number of standard chair set up.
    Additional set up is available at additional cost with 2 options:
    * Tiffany chair with sash
    * Banquet chair with cover & sash
  • Outside Vendor
    Clients who engage with outside vendor(s) will NOT be charged with entrance fee, provided that no equipment is supplied by the resort.

Wedding Rehearsal
Wedding couple and the bridal party are required to do a wedding ceremony rehearsal at the venue 1 day prior to the wedding date.

Back Up Plan for Rain
Marquee set up is suggested for wedding held in rainy season (October to March). 3 days advance notification is required to set up the marquee. Once it is set up, it cannot be taken down until the following day.

Food & Beverage
Outside catering for food and wedding cake is not permitted on resort property.
BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is permitted with the following conditions:

  • Corkage charge applies for each opened bottle
  • Maximum 5 bottles are permitted for combination of wine, spirit, and liqueur

Final Attendance Numbers
Final number for ceremony and / or reception should be guaranteed by 14 days prior to the wedding date. After the period of 14 days, only an increase will be accepted. Should there be any reduction in the final number, no refund will be provided after the 14 days period.

Insurance & Security
Padma Resort Bali at Legian will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any equipment, merchandise, or property left on the premises prior, during, or after the event.

The client is financially responsible to Padma Resort Bali at Legian for all damages sustained by the client or the client guests.

Any type fireworks and flying lanterns are prohibited to release from Padma Resort Bali premise and surrounding beach area. A fine of USD 1,000 nett will be applied in the case of any of the items are ignited or released directly or indirectly by the client and / or client’s guests. For fireworks substitution, pyrotechnics can be arranged accordingly.

Noise Levels
Padma Resort Bali at Legian has the right to adjust the noise levels by live musician, DJ, CD players, and any other kind of audio effect & entertainment.
Live music, DJ, or other music arrangement should be turned down starting from 10 PM and off by 11 PM. No time extension will be given at the time of your event.

Unforseen Circumtances
Padma Resort Bali at Legian will not be responsible for any costs or compensation due to the client’s unforseen circumtances. Padma Resort Bali will not be responsible for costs or compensation affecting the venues that are beyond the resort’s control such as natural disasters, terrorist activities, or major incidents. Padma Resort Bali at Legian reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any deposit at any time should an unforseen circumtance occur.
