There are many topics that are multilayered in nature and one lifetime is not enough to gain all the knowledge for any particular topic and it does no harm if you enhance your skills about things that you were not aware of.
Everyone aspires to make it big one day and leave no stone unturned to achieve their ends as they are quite clear in their minds about where they want to end up but sadly that passion is not seen among today’s youngsters baring a few exceptions.
However, that’s not to say that they’re not serious about their future but just that they want to take the alternative route that does not have a job where they have a fixed income where the boss calls the shots and they have to dance to his tunes.

One such passion that most youngsters have is photography, a job made much easy with the advent of smartphones and the selfie craze has taken the entire world by storm as there is not a person in existence today who wouldn’t have posed in front of his phone with friends and family for many a picture.
It is impossible to talk about photography without mentioning Photoshop as it is one of the most important forms of this craze as people obsessed with taking pictures are never satisfied with the results and keep nitpicking negatives for it.
Therefore, they rely on Photoshop on editing their photos so as to make it look good and get hundreds of likes and shares on social media, which only reflects their obsession and a severe identity crisis in a bid to earn praise for their looks.
This image building is a matter of serious concern but that is a topic for another day as the crux of this article is that Adobe Photoshop is a phenomenon that has become quite a normal thing today.
Origin
Adobe Photoshop came out in 1988 as a joint venture by the Koll brothers who developed this unique technique of altering and editing images according to size, shape and color which they hoped for the betterment of people who wanted better pictures.
They made it perfect for both Windows and Apple to function properly and they also went a step ahead and proclaimed it as the next big thing in the field of photographic images and Adobe Photoshop for Mac was quite popular in US at the time.
Use of Layers in Photoshop:
- Layers Panel- It has a unique vector image that makes the pictures look genuine and are stacked on top of each other where there is an eye icon through which the layer switch is turned off and on
- Adjustment Layers are the mainstay for Photoshop 4.0 and made duplicate imaging an obsolete practice
- Smart Objects- They can preserve the source content of images where the editing is done with a smooth flow while retaining the original characteristics of the picture
