What works for me in video production. Hi, let me start by saying I’m not an expert in video production, lighting, audio, any of that stuff. But, over the years I’ve learned what works for me in video production and I thought I would share that. Hopefully, that will help out somebody out there. So with that being said, let’s take a look at what I’m using right this minute for video production.

Production companies Boston is using the lightning and audio feature at the correct place. The production of the videos is according to the need and expectation of the people. The experts available at the company are offering the best services to the clients to satisfy the requirements.

Okay, here is everyone. Now I just use some PVC pipe, some joints and stuff. It’s small and quick, it’s easy. I can dis-assemble it real quick. It’s pretty cheap. I do a three point light system here plus some extra lighting that’s up and around but I’ll show you that in a minute. But, basically, this is kinda like my fill light. Now the next one over is the main one here. That’s kinda like a backlight right there. Does it work well in video production?

I’ll show you the differences here. And then of course, I got my two lights over there and then I am using the main room light and they’re all the fluorescent light bulbs, all day time bulbs.

I found using the daytime bulbs makes it easier for me to do the white balance and everything. So, what I did is I use these little clamp lights but the problem is it doesn’t clamp it tight enough so it will slip off and fall. So I just added these cheap little clamps on to hold them. All these are just PVC pipes, some joints, some elbows and T’s. Very cheap. You can build something a little bit more fancy but I found that this is quick and easy for video production.

So now, let’s look at some of the differences when I turn one of these lights on and off while I’m sitting there. Just keep in mind, I do have my camcorder set to manual mode so it’s not automatically adjusting to different lights or anything like that. Typically, if I’m sitting down in one place and I’m not gonna be moving around, I’ll set it to manual and just configure the light balance and everything there. Alright, here we go. This is with all the lights on which includes that main light that’s hanging from the ceiling, the two that are in the ceiling here and then the three lights around me. So, first I’m gonna turn off all three lights.

So, this is with the three lights off. This is just with the one tall light that’s kind of facing behind me off. This is with that main light off. This is with my fill light off. You can see it’s darker down, underneath my chin there. This is with the two recess lights off behind me. And then we’re back here. And that’s what works for me. Video production doesn’t have to be expensive.
